Ms. Bascaro generously shares her decades of experience in a well written book that is a “must read” for anyone thinking about going into business. Not only those considering the franchise world, but independents as well. Thorough, yet written in the “every-man” language that won’t have you running for a dictionary. I applaud Ms. Bascaro for writing a book that is relevant and insightful. Well done.

All I can say is this book is a lifesaver! My son recently purchased a franchise several years back, and I wanted to get this book to help him out. Aicha is brilliant and her writing style is easy to understand and implement. It is full of information to help a franchisee with all their business systems from A to Z. This is a great how-to for anyone considering a franchise. Not having a business background, per se, I was afraid that the book would be over my head with a lot of lingo I wouldn't understand. I was pleasantly surprised. It was super easy for me to follow and chock-full of great ideas on how to save money. It's clear that Ms. Bascaro knows her stuff and she guides you through it with clarity and an air of kindness.
